Q. I have a very busy schedule - how much time is expected of me to do the program?
A. Most of our students are busy mums, teachers, nurses and professionals so we specifically designed this course to give you a support system to help manage your time! There are resources that shows you time saving tips, a wide range of options to attend our live masterclasses, lifetime access to the video course means you can go through the modules as fast or slow as you like, plus if you can commit to as little as 10-15 minutes of practice a day, you'll be able make the most of Kimmunity.
Q. When will I receive my 'All The Basics' kit?
A. We will package and post your kit within 2 business days of receiving your order. So normally, you should receive it in less than 5 days within Australia and 2-3 weeks overseas.
Q. How long do I have access to the video course?
A. Lifetime access for as long as the program exists!
Q. Do you ship the kit overseas?
A. Yes we do (unless we face restrictions like Covid). Recently we expanded to deliver our 'All The Basics' kit to the UK, USA and New Zealand.

Q. What kind of calligraphy do you teach?
A. We teach Modern Calligraphy with a pointed pen.
Q. Can you explain what the 3-month program means?
A. You will receive 3 consecutive months access to our fortnightly masterclasses - plus one extra month as a buffer time when you wait for your kit to arrive and start going through the videos! However, you get lifetime access to the video course and private Facebook group!
Q. Do you teach the business side of things, like getting clients and other skills like engraving?
A. Kimmunity Beginners is specifically designed to help newcomers acquire the right skills in Modern Calligraphy using a pointed pen (nib + ink). By developing these skills, some of our students during the program have managed to attract clients! However, business-related subjects and upskilling to other techniques like engraving are not covered here - they are covered inside Kimmunity Intermediate.
Q. I'm still unsure if this is the right program for me. Can we have a brief chat?
A. Yes! We actually encourage you to reach out and the fastest way is to private message us on Facebook.

Q. I'm past the beginner level - do you offer a more advanced program?
A. If you understand the basics of forming letters and words, then you might be more suited for Kimmunity Intermediate!
Q. I don't use Facebook much. Do you have another platform for your online support group?
A. At this stage, our support group resides only on our Facebook groups. We also provide support via email and live online masterclasses.
Q. Do you offer 1:1 coaching?
A. Throughout the year, Kim opens up her availabilities for 1:1 coaching. This is for past and existing Kimmunity members who want to go from newbie to pro level fast (build their own style, turn their hobby into a career or side hustle) or for those who want the 1:1 personalised support.
Q. Can I purchase the kit only or the video course only?
A. Kimmunity is a one-stop program suite specifically for calligraphy enthusiasts who want to go from clueless to confident, from beginner, to intermediate and even pro.
This means EVERYTHING in our program is designed to assist you to achieving a transformation.
